Major Rangeland Ecoregions

Major Ecoregions are defined as large areas that share similar climate, geology, and landform. The combination of these factors set the general conditions within which plants can grow and are what lead to differences in plant communities across continents. In this module we’ll explore the different attributes that define some of the major ecoregions in the western United States.
